To register and maintain a b999g Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

b999g operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. At any time — including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or as part of a routine compliance review — b999g may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
b999g will not process withdrawals to Accounts where KYC has not been completed to the Company's satisfaction. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the period specified in the request may result in Account suspension.
The b999g Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All Account balances, deposit amounts, bet stakes, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR. b999g does not charge a deposit fee from its side; however, nominal transaction fees charged by the payment processor (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank) are the User's responsibility.
Deposits: b999g accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash Deposit channels. Deposit funds reflect in your Wallet within the processing times associated with each payment method. b999g does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network interruptions.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed KYC verification. b999g will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. b999g reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Third-Party Payment Prohibition: b999g strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals through payment instruments not registered in the User's own name. Any funds received from third-party sources will be returned, and the Account may be reviewed for compliance purposes.
b999g reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or reverse any payment where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other Prohibited Conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b999g, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the b999g Platform, including but not limited to:
b999g's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that User during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
b999g collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing communications (where separately opted in).
b999g does not sell User personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly necessary for the operation of the Platform — including payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game providers — under contractual data protection obligations. b999g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Continued use of the b999g Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting [email protected].
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b999g holds its operating license. Any dispute arising between a User and b999g that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
